1. Sponsor

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by:
Mosea Technologies Limited, located at 33 Bloor St E, Unit 540, Toronto, Ontario M4W 3H1 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to:

• Legal residents of Canada excluding Québec
• Must be 18 or olderat the time of entry
• Must have an active Instagram or email account
• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university within Canada

Employees, contractors, agents, representatives of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on November 18^th, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on December 19^th, 2025 at 9 AM EST (“Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by the following methods:

Primary Method (Instagram Entry):

1. Follow @TheHotDogHopon Instagram
2. DM @TheHotDogHop the word “Canada”
3. Tag at least three (3)friends in the comments

Each additional tagged person counts as an additional entry.

Posting the giveaway on Instagram will count as additional entries.

AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry):

To enter without using Instagram, email info@thehotdoghop.com with subject line:
“Cottage Giveaway Entry — Canada”
Include:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Province
• Age confirmation (18+)

All AMOE entries receive one (1) entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Cottage / Lake House Getaway

• Fully paid 3 night stay (Up to $1,000 / night).
• Destination must be within Canada
• Winner may choose from:

• A destination they propose
• A destination proposed by sponsor
  • Travel is NOT included
  • $1,000 CAD spending moneyprovided
  • hot dogs (up to $250 CAD) reimbursed with receipts

Approximate Retail Value:

$2,000–$4,500 CAD depending on destination and availability.

Prize Conditions:

• Dates subject to availability
• Winner is responsible for all transportation to/from the cottage
• Winner and guests assume all risks associated with travel
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value
• Winner + guests must sign all release documents

6. Skill-Testing Question

As required by Canadian law, the selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance:

Example:
(12 × 4) + (50 ÷ 5) – 6 = ?

Failure to answer correctly results in disqualification.

7. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing within 7 days of contest end.
Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be contacted via:

• Instagram DM, OR
• Email (for AMOE entrants)

Winner must respond within 48 hours or another winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering, winner consents to Sponsor using their:

• Name
• Image
• Voice
• Social handle
• Video or photo content

for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited.

9. Liability Release

Winner and guests must sign a liability release releasing Sponsor from:

• Injury, illness, accident
• Property damage
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Natural disasters
• Foodborne illness (including consumption of hot dogs)
• Loss or theft of property

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest for any reason including:

• Fraud
• Technical issues
• Natural disasters
• Safety concerns

11. Governing Law

Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws.
